Frequently Asked Questions:

 Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?


All participants must be 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers’ license to get behind the wheel. However, participants under age 18* or without a driver’s license can still take part in an instructor-driven ride-along experience. 

*Must be of legal age to ride in the front seat of a vehicle and not require an approved ‘child safety restraint’.


Can I drive more than one car?


Each reservation is good for one car. You may purchase additional laps and packages on event-day at a discounted rate if you’d like some more time in the cars, or want to try a different one.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?


We supply free parking for all participants and spectators. Once you arrive at the venue, there will be signs and flags directing you where to park and enter.


Does the purchase price include all fees and taxes?


Yes, the purchase price of all packages includes all fees. If you cannot show proof of the required insurance (See the Event Scheduling page of our website for more information), a policy must be purchased at the event. The policy at the event is $45 and covers up to $10,000 in damage with a zero deductible; and covers the participant for the entire event day.


Should I bring any money with me?


Aside from the vehicle damage coverage stated above; we will have t-shirts, hats, souvenir photos, and more available for purchase at the event. This is a great way to show-off your experience to everybody! If you’d like more laps in the car, or would like to drive another car, you may purchase additional event packages on-site at a discounted rate. We accept cash and credit/debit cards for all driving packages, extra laps, vehicle damage coverage, and apparel/souvenirs at the event.


What can/can’t I bring to the event?


Bring your friends, family, and a smile! Please do not bring pets. We do not supply food or beverages, and we do not have an indoor waiting area. So if you plan to be there for a while, please dress accordingly for any hot/cold or wet weather depending on the time of year you are attending. 


What should I wear to my event? 

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Driving with flip-flops or heels is not allowed, nor is driving barefoot.


Can my friends/family take photos or video of my experience? 

Due to insurance liability reasons, only the participant is allowed past the gates to the vehicle area. We offer professional photos for $30, which are available to you via download on our website following the event. The photographer will take numerous photos of the car itself, of you in front of the car, and of you inside of the car. We also offer in-car HD video of your entire experience for $30. If you purchase the photo & video package, it is $50 combined and you take them home with you on your own SD memory card.


Where do I go once I arrive at the venue?


Within the week before the event date, you will receive an email stating which parking lot section we are located in, which entrance to use, and a reminder on what to bring with you. If for some reason the email does not reach you, all of this will be self-explanatory once you arrive, as you will see signs for our event. 


Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?


Yes, as long as the participant brings the unique voucher with them that was emailed when scheduling their event. You do not need to change the name on the reservation prior to the event.


Do I have to bring my reservation confirmation to the event?


This is sometimes helpful, but not neccesary. The registration staff will have all of your information on their end at your arrival time. We say to bring it with you “just in case”, but if you left home and forgot it half way to the event venue, do not worry! Having access to it on your phone/email can also be used if neccesary. 


What is the refund policy?


A refund may only be collected within 24 hours of your purchase. No refunds permitted on day of event. If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be allowed to choose another date.


The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?


The driving vouchers are fully transferrable. As long as the new attendee has your email confirmation with them, they can take your spot. We understand that this is a very popular gift item, and the purchaser may not be the individual who is participating. 


Will all of these vehicles be available on the day of my event?


Vehicle attendance is based on availability. We generally have four vehicles at our events. We do not guarantee that any specific vehicle will be at any event. This is because we cannot foresee any mechanical issues, or other issues that may occur anytime prior to your drive. These are exotic and complicated cars that can sometimes have reliability issues. Sometimes, a vehicle will break-down during an event and not be able to be driven for the remainder of that weekend. No refunds or rescheduling will be issued if your particular vehicle of choice is not available during your scheduled drive time.
